PLEASE NOTE- THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON HIGH PEAK DATES / PEAK SEASON AND ANY LONG WEEKEND (20TH DEC TO 10TH JAN) ,FULL RETENSION WILL BE CHARGED AND IF THE GUEST WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING BEFORE THE CANCELLATION POLICY THEN 10% WILL BE CHARGED AS PER COMPANY LAW. BESIDES ABOVE, IN CERTAIN CASES LIKE TRAIN JOURNEYS, HOTELS OR RESORTS BOOKINGS DURING THE PEAK SEASON (CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR) OR DURING FAIRS/FESTIVALS, FULL PAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO HOLD SPACE ON CONFIRMED BASIS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SUCH PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Confirmation of Hotel Rooms, Train Seats and Air Fare is subject to the availability at the time of booking. No booking will be treated as confirmed booking until unless company is not getting 100% payment from guest before the trip starts.
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
